Surpass your limits.
How it works
Three moves, start to finish.
Build a plan once, put it on your client's calendar, and see what they actually did. Nothing is retyped, nothing is guessed.
-
Build it once
Every exercise lives in your library, on top of a catalogue of about 1,900 movements. Combine them into workouts and multi-week plans. A plan keeps its own copy of every exercise, so editing your library never changes a plan a client is already following.
-
Assign it to a client
Pick a plan, a client and a date range — every scheduled day lands on their calendar automatically. Need to change one day? Swap the workout, or add a note, a check-in or a survey. The plan itself stays untouched.
-
See what actually happened
Clients log every set. You see adherence, effort and duration at a glance — plus what needs your eye: pain flags, equipment problems and comments on any exercise.
Features
Everything the job actually needs.
All of it is included, in every workspace.
Your AI, inside your account
Connect Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor to your account with one link. Ask your AI to draft next month's plan, check who missed a session, or log the one you just ran. It uses your permissions — it can do what you can do, nothing more.
Prescribe it, they fill it in
Sets, reps, load, RPE and tempo — or supersets, circuits, EMOMs and AMRAPs. Clients log set by set, so completion shows what they actually did.
Guided check-ins
Schedule a check-in like any other calendar item: four pose photos and up to eight body measurements, with your own reference images. Photos stay private.
Seven languages, for real
English, Spanish, German, French, Italian and Portuguese (Portugal and Brazil). Everyone picks their own language, and even exercise names are translated.
Bring your library with you
Import your exercises from a spreadsheet, or copy them from a catalogue of about 1,900 movements. The file is checked before anything is created.
Surveys
Build a questionnaire once and schedule it on any day. Answers are saved together with the questions, so old responses always stay readable.
Your whole team
Invite clients by email — each one sees only what you assign. Add trainers and admins with roles that actually limit what they can do.
Train in person too
Training someone in person? Log the session for them, right on the gym floor. It's marked as coach-recorded, so the history stays honest.
Goals, notes and measurements
Goals with a clear status, private coaching notes your client never sees, and body measurements that line up with the check-in photos.
Early access
Invite-only, for now.
Spotter.fit is invite-only while we get it ready for everyone. Pricing will be published when the doors open. Got an invite from your trainer? Sign in with the email it was sent to.
